Leon Platense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Nyqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gärsnäs BF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabian Ixidor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fabian Ixidor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng did a great save. Benito Ixona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wang Cheng made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Leon Platense's Wang Cheng threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benicio Jaen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timmy Ahlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roberto Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Ahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After taking down the ball on Gärsnäs BF's corner Ingvar Nyqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roberto Abad quite easily take care of the ball. In the 71st match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Ixona to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by Iker Sotil. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Bo Drake took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Roberto Abad to make any attempt to save it. After 78 played minutes Leon Platense got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Regis. Leon Platense's Roberto Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Leon Platense from getting a goal against them. Benicio Jaen scored 1-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wang Cheng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Gomesano in the 85th minute of play. Bo Drake could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Roberto Abad made a huge save. In the 95th minute Jeremias Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Cheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Leon Platense supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gärsnäs BF's performance. The match ended with a win for Gärsnäs BF.
