In the 4th minute Nikola Tesla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor José saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Vitor José played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikola Tesla in the 5th minute of play. Ivo Mello hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the game's 9th minute Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Rade Ivančević took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Vitor José and thus the score was 0-1. Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Nikola Tesla got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Komen Grama could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Eutichios Bletsas made a huge save. Bogosav Petrović struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Vitor José didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bojan Lopičić in the 22nd minute of play forced S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Vitor José to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Nikola Tesla in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E.R. Eutichios Bletsas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 38 minutes into the match, Bojan Lopičić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitor José. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bojan Lopičić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Yuan Yong in the 46th minute of play forced S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Vitor José to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitor José showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bojan Lopičić in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

He Yuan Yong was extremely unlucky when he, in the 51st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 52 minutes into the match, Nikola Tesla notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Vitor José. Vitor José was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ booed when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caxias do Sul's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Nikola Tesla scored to the left of an out of position Vitor José, making the score, 1-5. Nikola Tesla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vitor José tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Vitor José managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Bojan Lopičić fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s goalkeeper Eutichios Bletsas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikola Tesla got free with Vitor José in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Komen Grama scored 2-5 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eutichios Bletsas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the S.E.R. Caxias do Sul defense, Bojan Lopičić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitor José. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitor José should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than S.E.R. Caxias do Sul.
