Marquês de Herval's Evandro Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Abella in the 71st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Eliseu Braga put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Siro Cordeiro. Siro Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Clemente in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Emanuel Prata went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Marquês de Herval's Emanuel Prata to fire away a dangerous shot which Siro Cordeiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After taking down the ball on Marquês de Herval's corner Emanuel Prata fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Siro Cordeiro quite easily take care of the ball. Evandro Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Abella in the 84th minute of play. Eliseu Braga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Siro Cordeiro made a huge save. 92 minutes into the match, CENTAURO's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fabiano Clemente came free, but Siro Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
