An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Demets in the 4th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Sabin Enache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Bryan Rummens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sabin Enache. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sabin Enache should have stopped the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Bernt Demets notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC ciufulici's Sabin Enache. Sabin Enache was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Irinel Țâpu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Demets in the 14th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Sabin Enache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabin Enache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Rummens in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Peeters didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cederik Sellekaerts in the 22nd minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Sabin Enache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabin Enache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Peeters in the 24th minute of play. After 35 minutes, Manole Cudalb mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ciufulici and the Minion Mim players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC ciufulici getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Manole Cudalb hit a great ball. Sabin Enache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bryan Rummens went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Tremurici came free, but Kurt Clement reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goalkeeper Kurt Clement had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Irinel Țâpu. Rein Raeymakers hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Tremurici stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Andrei Joita fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ciufulici's protests and gave Andrei Joita a yellow card for diving instead. Andrei Joita kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Cappels got free with Sabin Enache in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Rein Raeymakers fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minion Mim's protests and gave Rein Raeymakers a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Rein Raeymakers got a free kick in the 66th minute. Irinel Țâpu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Kurt Clement tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cederik Sellekaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Iustin Şerbănoiu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kurt Clement showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Minion Mim's Kurt Clement played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Tremurici in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute Manuel Tremurici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Clement saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Greavu. The crowd rose to their feet as Bryan Rummens kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sabin Enache. That made the score 0-5 in the 92 minute of play. The Minion Mim supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Minion Mim would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
