Harry Robsons short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Alex Cadrecha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Olivieri in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theo Groom saved East Ham United from getting behind. Lucas Picavea's late challenge caught a East Ham United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Picavea helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes No Me Inscriban Gracias got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Picavea. In the 17th minute Xian Arnao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Groom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by East Ham United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Olivieri was slow to take the kick. During this time No Me Inscriban Gracias's players had a chance to rest. The corner led No Me Inscriban Gracias's Lucas Olivieri to fire away a dangerous shot which Theo Groom despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Olivieri in the 20th minute of play forced East Ham United's goalkeeper Theo Groom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Quentin Bell took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alex Cadrecha to make any attempt to save it. When Ryan Ackroyd fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored East Ham United's protests and gave Ryan Ackroyd a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to East Ham United getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ryan Ackroyd hit a great ball. Xose Baez's late challenge caught a East Ham United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xose Baez helped the player get up and apologised. Xose Baez kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Alex Cadrecha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Robson in the 39th minute of play. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Harry Robson sped through No Me Inscriban Gracias's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Cadrecha. In the 45th minute Lucas Olivieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Groom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No Me Inscriban Gracias's Alex Cadrecha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save No Me Inscriban Gracias from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Olivieri made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mike Callery during the 55th minute. Mike Callery was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
