East Ham United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZEZOM TEAM the free kick. In the 14th minute, Harry Robson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Seabra charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Seabra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ZEZOM TEAM getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Diego Seabra hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Harry Robson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulino Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Robson in the 25th minute of play. Theo Groom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Falcão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by East Ham United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Gonçalves was slow to take the kick. During this time ZEZOM TEAM's players had a chance to rest. ZEZOM TEAM's José Gonçalves was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Theo Groom in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, ZEZOM TEAM's Radamel Falcão got a free kick in the 36th minute. Harry Robson scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Salgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to East Ham United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Quentin Bell hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radamel Falcão made a kick off. Paulo Diegues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Theo Groom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Manso kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Paulino Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Robson, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Radamel Falcão might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theo Groom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radamel Falcão ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucas Sesimbra made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Paulo Diegues immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of ZEZOM TEAM booed when East Ham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mike Callery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ritchie Branston charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ritchie Branston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ritchie Branston hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Theo Groom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Gonçalves in the 79th minute of the match. Theo Groom was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, ZEZOM TEAM's José Gonçalves got a free kick in the 88th minute. Theo Groom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Falcão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, ZEZOM TEAM could leave the field as winners, despite East Ham United having more of the ball for most of the match.
