The supporters of XV de Indaial booed when East Ham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Robson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Chaz Hudson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in XV de Indaial's zone, Alistair Lockwood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júnior Neiva came out of the goal and Alistair Lockwood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Robson got free with Júnior Neiva in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júnior Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alistair Lockwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Harry Robson notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of XV de Indaial's Júnior Neiva. Júnior Neiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 60 minutes into the game, East Ham United's Alistair Lockwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timothy Breckin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Neiva having to interfere. There was no doubt that East Ham United were the better team. East Ham United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
