East Ham United's Timothy Breckin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Claudinei Duarte, made in the 3rd minute of the game. 7 minutes into the game, Glenn Gates was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Ham United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Verde FC the free kick. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for East Ham United! A collision led to Villa Verde FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Claudinei Duarte hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Willian Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo got control of the ball when Quentin Bell tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, East Ham United's Harry Robson got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, East Ham United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Halford to maneuver through the defense. Theo Groom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Carlos Madureira went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Afonso Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Robson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Harry Robson notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo. Igor Camargo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, Mike Callery cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Igor Camargo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Camargo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Robson in the 39th minute. Igor Camargo came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by East Ham United's Harry Robson. But to his dismay, Harry Robson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Fernando Barros was the one to do the kick off. Harry Robson hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Glenn Gates hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a little luck, East Ham United's Theo Groom got control of the ball when Horácio Ceresso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Robson in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Villa Verde FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Antônio Carlos Madureira hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, Harry Robson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Ham United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Verde FC the free kick. Harry Robson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Robson in the 67th minute of play. Horácio Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Harry Robson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Harry Robson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Ham United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. When East Ham United's Quentin Bell in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Verde FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 78th minute, Quentin Bell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. In the 81st minute, Arí Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Quentin Bell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Harry Robson might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harry Robson ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the game, East Ham United's Harry Robson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Camargo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-2. Ollie Halford was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, one of East Ham United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for East Ham United. When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Villa Verde FC's Horácio Ceresso got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Theo Groom. Igor Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timothy Breckin's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. East Ham United had won after a very even match.
