When CJ Traoré came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Yung Gunners FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Traoré couldn't finish the play. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikel Mancilla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 69th minute, Lu Kang Yi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yung Gunners FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Lu Kang Yi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yung Gunners FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lu Kang Yi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Soto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
