A collision led to CERRO PORTEÑO getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Xurxo Bastida hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Dinu Lechințan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlad Tutuianu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jeremias Farras. Giraldo Laiseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Vişoianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of GoooooL booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gartxot Antonijoan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alin Tirulescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes GoooooL got a freekick which was hit by Alin Tirulescu. After some careless play in the GoooooL defense, Perpinya Nevares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vlad Tutuianu. The GoooooL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vlad Tutuianu should have stopped the shot. Vlad Tutuianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Sobrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vlad Tutuianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xurxo Bastida in the 35th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vlad Tutuianu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, GoooooL's Vlad Tutuianu got control of the ball when Guillelme Andujar tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Vlad Tutuianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillelme Andujar in the 52nd minute of the match.
