With a little luck, Gliwicka Torcida's Lucjan Furgat got control of the ball when Conrado Holz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Gliwicka Torcida defense, Olaf Zagrobelny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucjan Furgat. The Gliwicka Torcida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Furgat should have stopped the shot. Stefan Skorny hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Wlodzimierz Damaski kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Conrado Holz made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gliwicka Torcida's Lucjan Furgat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 minutes, Stefan Skorny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A and the Gliwicka Torcida players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Bernard Robak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernard Robak was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Olaf Zagrobelny shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucjan Furgat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A reached it. In the 58thth minute of the game Conrado Holz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gliwicka Torcida's Lucjan Furgat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucjan Furgat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Olaf Zagrobelny managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's supporters rose to their feet, but Olaf Zagrobelny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Furgat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Gliwicka Torcida's Bernard Robak got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 92nd minute, Bernard Robak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olaf Zagrobelny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Lucjan Furgat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
