Rogerio Logares's late challenge caught a Reac Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's William Enebro got a free kick in the 39th minute. Fausto Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogerio Logares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Ornopata's Checa Travieso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Leite made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabi Gol in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Obregón Busto saved Ornopata from getting behind. After 57 minutes of play, Reac Futebol Clube's Gabi Gol made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Obregón Busto was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Reac Futebol Clube's Fausto Leite got control of the ball when Zuriko Bernaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fausto Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calle Inda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabi Gol scored 3-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Obregón Busto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Ornopata defense, Lucas Bilek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Obregón Busto. The Ornopata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Obregón Busto should have stopped the shot. With his leg Fausto Leite managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Ornopata's Xosepe Iñigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Lucas Bilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute of the match, Yépez Abrea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fausto Leite was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 72 minutes, Gabi Gol made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ornopata's Obregón Busto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Obregón Busto came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Reac Futebol Clube's Gabi Gol. But to his dismay, Gabi Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Armando Salto was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice moves Rogerio Logares could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Fausto Leite however easily saved by the left post. Reac Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
