The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill booed when Gliwicka Torcida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomir Walaszkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill's Tomáš Pavlištík proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill from getting a goal against them. Bernard Robak scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomáš Pavlištík, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernard Robak took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomáš Pavlištík. Tomáš Pavlištík dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, Gliwicka Torcida's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Jirsa came free, but Lucjan Furgat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Kosowski in the 24th minute of play forced Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill's goalkeeper Tomáš Pavlištík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bernard Robak came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Gliwicka Torcida fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernard Robak couldn't finish the play. Radomil Kosowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Pavlištík having to interfere. The supporters of Gliwicka Torcida booed when Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslav Martynek didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Gliwicka Torcida getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ludomir Walaszkiewicz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Lorenc in the 38th minute of play forced Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Lucjan Furgat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomil Kosowski struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tomáš Pavlištík didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gliwicka Torcida. Radomil Kosowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bernard Robak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernard Robak to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Bernard Robak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gliwicka Torcida's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernard Robak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomáš Pavlištík breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill's Tomáš Pavlištík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Robak in the 57th minute of play. If Radomil Kosowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gliwicka Torcida booed when Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimír Šalda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaroslav Martynek kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Tomáš Pavlištík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Kosowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 88 played minutes Závodní Pivovary Sil.Hill got a freekick which was hit by Tomáš Jirsa. In the 91st minute, Pavel Umlauf reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucjan Furgat. The goal made the score 3-2.
