In the 6th match minute, Atletic Elooo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Tohias to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atletic Elooo's zone, Yépez Abrea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Nesor came out of the goal and Yépez Abrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Ornopata's Yépez Abrea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauricio Nesor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Yépez Abrea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 minutes, Zuriko Bernaldo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Atletic Elooo's Mauricio Nesor tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yépez Abrea in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauricio Nesor saved Atletic Elooo from getting behind. Atletic Elooo's Mauricio Nesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuriko Bernaldo in the 26th minute of play. Mauricio Nesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuriko Bernaldo in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ornopata's zone, Honorio Martxelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Obregón Busto came out of the goal and Honorio Martxelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zuriko Bernaldo in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Nesor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Oinaz in the 42nd minute of play forced Ornopata's goalkeeper Obregón Busto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Honorio Martxelin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Obregón Busto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zuriko Bernaldo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Atletic Elooo's goalkeeper Mauricio Nesor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yépez Abrea. With a little luck, Atletic Elooo's Mauricio Nesor got control of the ball when Yépez Abrea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauricio Nesor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xosepe Iñigo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Atletic Elooo's Santo Eudoxio got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ornopata's Yépez Abrea shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mauricio Nesor but with some difficulty. Atletic Elooo's Mauricio Nesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuriko Bernaldo in the 77th minute of play. Yépez Abrea in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mauricio Nesor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Obregón Busto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Oinaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 81st minute, Leonel Oinaz made a precise shot to the right of Obregón Busto. Ornopata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2.
