In the 3rd match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Papadima to maneuver through the defense. Rareș Papadima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute Tudor Bodea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Cirulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, AC Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bodea came free, but Anselmo Cirulli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demetrio Vespa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Demetrio Vespa during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Demetrio Vespa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Rareș Papadima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unicorns ™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Roma the free kick. After 20 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Papadima. Demetrio Vespa kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when AC Roma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Capuozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Unicorns ™'s Tudor Bodea in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Roma's goalie prevented a goal. Fabio Cirelli came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Corneliu Vulpăşin could save by the left post. A hard shot 35 in the game by Aurelio Barresi from a close distance when the talented Corneliu Vulpăşin managed to make a qualified save. Unicorns ™'s players were relieved. Donato Capuozzi hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Papadima. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Barresi in the 51st minute of play. Anselmo Cirulli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calistrat Mihalcea in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Tudor Bodea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Cirulli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Corneliu Vulpăşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Barresi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Barresi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Demetrio Vespa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 69 in the game by Tudor Bodea from a close distance when the talented Anselmo Cirulli managed to make a qualified save. AC Roma's players were relieved. Anselmo Cirulli made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Rareș Papadima sent off a good shot on target. Tudor Bodea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Anselmo Cirulli made a huge save. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demetrio Vespa, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Unicorns ™ defense, Alfonso Buffone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. The Unicorns ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Vulpăşin should have stopped the shot. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Vespa in the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the AC Roma players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
