Zbigniew Czerep kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Tiberiu Udrescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Kaszubik, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Tiberiu Udrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Bambas in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Rasimowicz in the 11th minute of play forced FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Tiberiu Udrescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, Warmia Grajewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbigniew Czerep to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Placido Santxol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Kurt Kaszubik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warmia Grajewo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurt Kaszubik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Franciszek Rasimowicz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC U Cluj-N's Tiberiu Udrescu. Tiberiu Udrescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th match minute, FC U Cluj-N was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ion Ţurlău to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Romeo Ţăranu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warmia Grajewo's Camillo Tullo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Warmia Grajewo's Gilbert Glapiak got a free kick in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Warmia Grajewo's zone, Romeo Ţăranu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Tullo came out of the goal and Romeo Ţăranu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilbert Glapiak struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tiberiu Udrescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warmia Grajewo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kurt Kaszubik to strike the kick off in the second half. Camillo Tullo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Ţăranu in the 56th minute of the match. Ion Ţurlău hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tiberiu Udrescu made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Franciszek Rasimowicz sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Tiberiu Udrescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franciszek Rasimowicz. 66 minutes into the game, Calistrat Jupâneanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC U Cluj-N's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warmia Grajewo the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC U Cluj-N's Calistrat Jupâneanu got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Tiberiu Udrescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franciszek Rasimowicz. Franciszek Rasimowicz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiberiu Udrescu. Tiberiu Udrescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 74thth minute of the game Kurt Kaszubik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC U Cluj-N's Tiberiu Udrescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Warmia Grajewo's Camillo Tullo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Camillo Tullo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Ţăranu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Zbigniew Czerep hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Edgar Sabău came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC U Cluj-N fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Sabău couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Sabău in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camillo Tullo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Warmia Grajewo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
