The supporters of Res Non Verba booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Chivu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Iaki Santiuste sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corneliu Vulpăşin skillfully saved the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Martino Maeda came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azeari Reganado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Bodea in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Res Non Verba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Mulas to maneuver through the defense. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martino Maeda in the 29th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Adalberto Salazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Calistrat Mihalcea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unicorns ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Calistrat Mihalcea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Salazar in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tudor Bodea to make the kick off. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adalberto Salazar. In the 84th minute of the match Unicorns ™ got a corner. Res Non Verba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Despite this Azeari Reganado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adalberto Salazar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out and tried to block the shot, but Adalberto Salazar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 85th minute. Joaquim Arriano struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Res Non Verba. Corneliu Vulpăşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iaki Santiuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Adalberto Salazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Adalberto Salazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 96th match minute, Res Non Verba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Sarri to maneuver through the defense.
