After 4 played minutes Honung got a freekick which was hit by Urban Lundqvist. Valdemar Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Huijsmans in the 5th minute of play. With his leg Valdemar Granberg managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when ROJO's Bernardo Dimo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Honung's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Huijsmans came free, but Valdemar Granberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarcisio Oliveira in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ROJO's Clemente Panpili got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, ROJO's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Oliveira came free, but Aldo Kaxen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Tarcisio Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Aldo Kaxen. ROJO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 29 minutes into the game, Jan Huijsmans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Valdemar Granberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the match, ROJO's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Oliveira came free, but Aldo Kaxen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes ROJO got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Quilo. In the 37th minute of the match Sven-Erik Palmquist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aldo Kaxen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tarcisio Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Kaxen having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Honung's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Bizi came free, but Valdemar Granberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tarcisio Oliveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jens-Erik Biörk kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Valdemar Granberg came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by ROJO's Jan Huijsmans. But to his dismay, Jan Huijsmans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Honung booed when ROJO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Huijsmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Kaxen made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Tarcisio Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Erik Biörk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aldo Kaxen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jan Huijsmans kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, ROJO's Aldo Kaxen got control of the ball when Jens-Erik Biörk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 minutes ROJO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven-Erik Palmquist who took care of the corner kick. A long shot from Sven-Erik Palmquist in the 78th minute of play was well struck, but Aldo Kaxen made a really good save at the right post. 89 minutes into the match, ROJO's goalkeeper Aldo Kaxen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tarcisio Oliveira. Valdemar Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Huijsmans in the 92nd minute of the match. Aldo Kaxen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tarcisio Oliveira in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that ROJO were the better team. ROJO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
