Clemente Ruy might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Medrea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. FC ANC's Sebastian Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frisco Arroyo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Frisco Arroyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sabaneta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Clemente Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Medrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Ruy in the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Angulo to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC ANC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Cueva came free, but Sebastian Medrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frisco Arroyo got free with Sebastian Medrea in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iustinian Iorda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Clemente Ruy in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Medrea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Clemente Ruy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Medrea having to interfere. The tension between the FC ANC and the Sabaneta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC ANC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mădălin Boeru hit a great ball. Fernandez Cueva was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Clemente Ruy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Sabaneta FC's Frisco Arroyo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Medrea. Sebastian Medrea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Frisco Arroyo had several of the FC ANC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Sebastian Medrea as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 92nd minute, Sabaneta FC's Frisco Arroyo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Medrea. Sebastian Medrea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. In the 95th minute, Fernandez Cueva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC ANC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sabaneta FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
