Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Zeca Cerezo had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Afonsinho Munhoz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Zeca Cerezo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afonsinho Munhoz in the 7th minute. After 16th play minutes Afonsinho Munhoz shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Zeca Cerezo and just under the crossbar into goal. A hard shot 19 in the game by Reinaldo Barral from a close distance when the talented Zeca Cerezo managed to make a qualified save. MarquinhosEC's players were relieved. Elano Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Arce having to interfere. After a rather tough play, MarquinhosEC's Patrick de Queirós got a free kick in the 25th minute. Zeca Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Munhoz in the 26th minute of play. Zeca Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luan de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Reynaldo Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reinaldo Barral scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeca Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Munhoz in the 38th minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cauan Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Reynaldo Souto made a precise shot to the right of Cauan Arce. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Afonsinho Munhoz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeca Cerezo. That made the score 3-1 in the 42 minute of play. Zeca Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonsinho Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Celso Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celso Munhoz made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Reinaldo Barral notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of MarquinhosEC's Zeca Cerezo. Zeca Cerezo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The corner ended in Gugu Ortiz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MarquinhosEC's Zeca Cerezo did a great save. In the 58th minute, Afonsinho Munhoz made a precise shot to the right of Zeca Cerezo. MarquinhosEC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Sílvio Velasco hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Sílvio Velasco hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonsinho Munhoz in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeca Cerezo saved MarquinhosEC from getting behind. If Reinaldo Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Afonsinho Munhoz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Zeca Cerezo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonsinho Munhoz in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeca Cerezo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Afonsinho Munhoz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonsinho Munhoz in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeca Cerezo saved MarquinhosEC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Barral in the 94th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zeca Cerezo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joinville United - FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
