Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5745, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Afonsinho Munhoz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Flogo FF's Frode Gulli was substituted for Christian Kaspersen. After 7 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Velasco. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frode Gulli got free with Cauan Arce in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute of the match, Frode Gulli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cauan Arce saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cauan Arce was a little too slow when Frode Gulli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Joinville United - FSCMZ booed when Flogo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ørjan Moen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Cauan Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frode Gulli in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Frode Gulli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cauan Arce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cauan Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Moldskred in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Ørjan Moen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Cauan Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frode Gulli in the 42nd minute of play. Cauan Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frode Gulli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Haugsdal made a kick off. Cauan Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frode Gulli went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Frode Gulli made a precise shot to the right of Cauan Arce. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frode Gulli in the 60th minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cauan Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jan-Aage Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Flogo FF got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Haugsdal. Cauan Arce was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute Frode Gulli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Wilson Amaral got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Jørn Dyrøy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 played minutes Flogo FF got a freekick which was hit by Kent Sakshaug. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Gugu Ortiz got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cauan Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ørjan Moen in the 91st minute of play. When Kent Sakshaug came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Flogo FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Sakshaug couldn't finish the play. Flogo FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
