In the 5thth minute of the game Aldo Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lukasz Zaworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olavo Eiró, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Mateusz Major got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Quim Barreiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Heitor Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lukasz Zaworski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olavo Eiró in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lukasz Zaworski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 minutes, Olavo Eiró made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to DS ACADEMY TEAM getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Antoni Lichniak hit a great ball. Quim Barreiros scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukasz Zaworski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Quim Barreiros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lukasz Zaworski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 38 minutes into the match, Olavo Eiró notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski. Lukasz Zaworski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Aldo Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukasz Zaworski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 42 minutes, Heitor Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heitor Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute Arrebimba o Malho SLB were awarded a corner. Ota Rio went to the cornerflag to take it. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 51st minute, Aldo Dias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lukasz Zaworski. The goal made the score 0-7. Lukasz Zaworski stood somewhat misplaced when Olavo Eiró came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 54 minute. Aldo Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olavo Eiró in the 77th minute of play. Heitor Neves hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olavo Eiró got free with Lukasz Zaworski in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachary Cisek hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Lukasz Zaworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quim Barreiros in the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olavo Eiró got free with Lukasz Zaworski in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a freekick which was hit by Srdan Pino. After a defensive mix-up in DS ACADEMY TEAM's zone, Srdan Pino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lukasz Zaworski came out of the goal and Srdan Pino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
