But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veikka Koskinen couldn't finish the play. Manoel Loarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veikka Koskinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 76th minute Joel Palolahti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Loarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Galsino Almarza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kultapossukerho made a substitution. Jonni Laaksonen replaced Salomo Kiviharju. Manoel Loarte made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Veikka Koskinen sent off a good shot on target. Manoel Loarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pietari Jaakkola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Jackson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Manoel Loarte made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pietari Jaakkola in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manoel Loarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manoel Loarte was a little too slow when Pietari Jaakkola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-6. After 92 played minutes Kultapossukerho got a freekick which was hit by Veikka Koskinen. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Cordearo Bertiz got a free kick in the 94th minute. The long shot by Auno Puranen in the 95th minute really tested Manoel Loarte's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match was over Kultapossukerho could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Montevideo City Torque throughout the match.
