Urbano Berto came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Constitución's Nikiforos Iakovatos. But to his dismay, Nikiforos Iakovatos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Jesus Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Berto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbano Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th match minute, Sportivo Constitución was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Guillen to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Silvestre Ostots shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaspar Libertad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Vampiros Aztecas's Silvestre Ostots nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaspar Libertad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Urbano Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Dimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vampiros Aztecas's Urbano Berto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikiforos Iakovatos in the 21st minute of play. In the 40th minute, Silvestre Ostots ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaspar Libertad was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The supporters of Sportivo Constitución booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Dominguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikiforos Iakovatos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Urbano Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Dimas in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Sportivo Constitución booed when Vampiros Aztecas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Ostots didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Berto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Edgard Francis. The audience was convinced that Roberto Balendin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Libertad was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Urbano Berto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Silvestre Ostots had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Libertad. Sportivo Constitución's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Ostots was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 74th minute Teo Lon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Libertad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Libertad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Ostots in the 81st minute of the match. Sportivo Constitución made a substitution. Rodolfo Cordara replaced Jesus Turi. Victor Peyo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Gaspar Libertad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Ostots went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score.
