The penalty shot was made by Özgür Göktürk, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Romanian Gods™'s Francisc Trăilă. 0-1. If Robert Nițulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduard Panciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Talha Uçhan having to interfere. Recep Talha Uçhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Cupșa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Eduard Panciu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Recep Talha Uçhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Sabin Marian fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romanian Gods™'s protests and gave Sabin Marian a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Romanian Gods™ got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Marian. Recep Talha Uçhan was a little too slow when Luca Huștea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-1. After 27 played minutes ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ got a freekick which was hit by Zülfikar Özkurt. The supporters of ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ booed when Romanian Gods™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Cupșa didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Recep Talha Uçhan got control of the ball when Eduard Panciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute Zülfikar Özkurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Trăilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Eduard Panciu made the kick off in the second half. Recep Talha Uçhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the game, Özgür Göktürk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisc Trăilă. Özgür Göktürk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. Recep Talha Uçhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Huștea in the 74th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Romanian Gods™ got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Panciu. Özgür Göktürk struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Francisc Trăilă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ. Halit Gürgan's late challenge caught a Romanian Gods™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Halit Gürgan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Halit Gürgan got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olimpiu Cupșa in the 87th minute of play forced ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Recep Talha Uçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romanian Gods™'s Francisc Trăilă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Romanian Gods™ from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes into the game, Özgür Göktürk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romanian Gods™ the free kick. Özgür Göktürk hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Romanian Gods™'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
