The supporters of Unione Sportiva booed when Green Hell F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Chatzidimitriou didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augeias Pezos in the 17th minute of play forced Green Hell F.C.'s goalkeeper Spyros Skafidas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unione Sportiva's Seleykos Sklavenitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakis Kefalas in the 19th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Sakis Kefalas put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Seleykos Sklavenitis. In the 24thth minute of the game Sakis Kefalas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unione Sportiva's Seleykos Sklavenitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hector Volakis kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Stefanos Batiris hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Alexandros Gavril came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Unione Sportiva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandros Gavril couldn't finish the play. Green Hell F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Alexandros Gavril scored to the left of an out of position Spyros Skafidas, making the score, 3-1. 42 minutes into the match, Lynkeus Pappageorge dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Spyros Skafidas, 4-1. Spyros Skafidas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandros Gavril in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

In the 59th minute Alexandros Gavril shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spyros Skafidas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Unione Sportiva's Alexandros Gavril nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Spyros Skafidas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Lynkeus Pappageorge struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unione Sportiva reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Lynkeus Pappageorge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unione Sportiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Lynkeus Pappageorge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spyros Skafidas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Green Hell F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Stefanos Batiris hit a great ball.
