Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Slawomir Raszek got the match started through his kick off. Kazimierz Skaradoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandros Gavril, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match Akis Kaglantge shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kazimierz Skaradoski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kazimierz Skaradoski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandros Gavril, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandros Gavril in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kazimierz Skaradoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the game, Boleslaw Rydzyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piotrków Trybunalski's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unione Sportiva the free kick. After 19 played minutes Piotrków Trybunalski got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Rydzyk. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Basaik during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 20 minutes, Dimosthenis Malihoudis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unione Sportiva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimosthenis Malihoudis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Piotrków Trybunalski booed when Unione Sportiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimosthenis Picoulas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seleykos Sklavenitis made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Slawomir Raszek sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Piotrków Trybunalski's Slawomir Raszek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Seleykos Sklavenitis. Seleykos Sklavenitis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 41 played minutes Piotrków Trybunalski got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Falke. After some careless play in the Piotrków Trybunalski defense, Alexandros Gavril kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kazimierz Skaradoski. The Piotrków Trybunalski fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kazimierz Skaradoski should have stopped the shot. After the first half Unione Sportiva were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alexandros Gavril made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Lynkeus Pappageorge recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kazimierz Skaradoski. Lynkeus Pappageorge showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Antonis Samios came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kazimierz Skaradoski could save by the left post. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Alexandros Gavril sped through Piotrków Trybunalski's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kazimierz Skaradoski. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandros Gavril in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kazimierz Skaradoski saved Piotrków Trybunalski from getting behind. Antonis Samios's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kazimierz Skaradoski firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandros Gavril in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kazimierz Skaradoski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Piotrków Trybunalski's zone, Antonis Samios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kazimierz Skaradoski came out of the goal and Antonis Samios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Unione Sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Unione Sportiva's Alexandros Gavril looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 91 minutes, Alexandros Gavril made it 1-10 with a short kick to the right side. Piotrków Trybunalski's Kazimierz Skaradoski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexandros Gavril did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-11 to the left of a surprised Kazimierz Skaradoski 94 minutes into the match. The Piotrków Trybunalski fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unione Sportiva were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
