With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafin Estebano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isaias Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Gartxot's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute Benedicto Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Benedicto Karmel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Deportivo Kadorna's goalkeeper Serafin Estebano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Rainerio. Isaias Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo Kadorna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
