Baltasar Santana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Fivos Dadamis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Isaac Abajas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Vassilis Ballas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Estebano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Santana got free with Fivos Dadamis in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The Deportivo Kadorna fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Deportivo Kadorna's Jonatan Gartxot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Baltasar Santana hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Ramon Telesforo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Kadorna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Hell F.C. the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Babbis Kominidis during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Sakis Kefalas fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Hell F.C.'s protests and gave Sakis Kefalas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Green Hell F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakis Kefalas to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Telesforo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fivos Dadamis. Green Hell F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Deportivo Kadorna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
