Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dário da Cunha got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Toninho Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matungo Gaúcho and the Green Hell F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Sakis Kefalas put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zé de Senna. Zé de Senna made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Vassilis Ballas sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Zé de Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vassilis Ballas. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panagiotis Santis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Green Hell F.C.'s Sakis Kefalas in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Marios Iatridis took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Zé de Senna to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panagiotis Santis in the 45th minute of play forced Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Zé de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Sakis Kefalas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé de Senna. The goal made the score 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sakis Kefalas to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Green Hell F.C.'s Koulis Vourlis got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Matungo Gaúcho were awarded a corner. Dário da Cunha went to the cornerflag to take it. Abelardo de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fivos Dadamis having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Vassilis Ballas came free, but Zé de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vassilis Ballas, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marios Iatridis in the 80th minute of play. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panagiotis Santis in the 81st minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Breno Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Panagiotis Santis made a precise shot to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 93rd minute, Panagiotis Santis made a precise shot to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Green Hell F.C. fully deserved thier win.
