After some careless play in the Matungo Gaúcho defense, Charalambos Christou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé de Senna. The Matungo Gaúcho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé de Senna should have stopped the shot. Zé de Senna was a little too slow when Augeias Pezos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 2-0. Zé de Senna acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dimosthenis Malihoudis. Zé de Senna made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Lynkeus Pappageorge sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna got control of the ball when Lynkeus Pappageorge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Antonis Samios could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Zé de Senna however easily saved by the left post. Matungo Gaúcho's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Lynkeus Pappageorge scored to the left of an out of position Zé de Senna, making the score, 3-0. 22 minutes into the match, Alexandros Gavril dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé de Senna, 4-0. Unione Sportiva's Alexandros Gavril got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Antonis Samios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unione Sportiva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After 34 minutes, Reinaldo Marinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matungo Gaúcho and the Unione Sportiva players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reinaldo Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Glaukos Atsidakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Zé de Senna made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Alexandros Gavril recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zé de Senna. Alexandros Gavril showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. Zé de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandros Gavril in the 52nd minute of the match. Dimosthenis Malihoudis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 55th minute Augeias Pezos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Lynkeus Pappageorge came free, but Zé de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Unione Sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Unione Sportiva's Alexandros Gavril looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 60 minutes into the match, Charalambos Christou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charalambos Christou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Zé de Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charalambos Christou went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, Alexandros Gavril notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Matungo Gaúcho's Zé de Senna. Zé de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonis Samios in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Unione Sportiva's Augeias Pezos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé de Senna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. Antonis Samios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Zé de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Amílton Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 78th minute, Amílton Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes, Unione Sportiva's Dimosthenis Malihoudis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé de Senna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unione Sportiva reached it. Zé de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonis Samios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Dimosthenis Malihoudis made a precise shot to the right of Zé de Senna. Matungo Gaúcho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. The Unione Sportiva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. 90 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Antonis Samios came free, but Zé de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unione Sportiva were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Matungo Gaúcho's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dimosthenis Malihoudis took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Alexandros Gavril to score against Zé de Senna in Matungo Gaúcho's goal. 16-0 after 91 minutes. 96 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goal looked a bit too open when Charalambos Christou came free, but Zé de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unione Sportiva's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
