Unione Sportiva's Dimosthenis Malihoudis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Serafin Estebano but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augeias Pezos got free with Serafin Estebano in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Seleykos Sklavenitis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Santana went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Kadorna's Benedicto Karmel got a free kick in the 16th minute. Dimosthenis Malihoudis hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Gartxot in the 21st minute of play forced Unione Sportiva's goalkeeper Seleykos Sklavenitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandros Gavril got free with Serafin Estebano in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baltasar Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Seleykos Sklavenitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Unione Sportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimosthenis Malihoudis to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandros Gavril, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Serafin Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charalambos Christou in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dimosthenis Picoulas during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Dimosthenis Picoulas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Dimosthenis Malihoudis put in a rough tackle. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unione Sportiva! After the first half Deportivo Kadorna were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Alexandros Gavril kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Seleykos Sklavenitis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Serafin Estebano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lynkeus Pappageorge in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lynkeus Pappageorge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unione Sportiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Lynkeus Pappageorge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafin Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lynkeus Pappageorge, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Unione Sportiva's Lynkeus Pappageorge made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafin Estebano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 66 played minutes Deportivo Kadorna got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Telesforo. Seleykos Sklavenitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Gartxot in the 70th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Unione Sportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augeias Pezos to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Baltasar Santana notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Unione Sportiva's Seleykos Sklavenitis. Seleykos Sklavenitis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Seleykos Sklavenitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Gartxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Deportivo Kadorna's Ezequiel Galeno seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ezequiel Galeno the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Deportivo Kadorna protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ezequiel Galeno had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Kadorna's Ezequiel Galeno got a free kick in the 95th minute. Unione Sportiva's Alexandros Gavril got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Kadorna eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
