Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reinaldo Teles started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cactos's zone, Ruben Llope stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Prestes came out of the goal and Ruben Llope tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Cactos's Reinaldo Teles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilario Petrigai. Hilario Petrigai yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Reinaldo Teles sped through FalconsB FCB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hilario Petrigai. During the 20th minute of the match Jorge Passos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jorge Passos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jorge Passos hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match Reinaldo Teles climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Hilario Petrigai. In the 26th match minute, Cactos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabinho Simões to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes Cactos got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Rodrigues. FalconsB FCB's Hilario Petrigai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save FalconsB FCB from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, Hugo Garaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reinaldo Teles kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 38thth minute. Though ot was a great shot FalconsB FCB's keeper Hilario Petrigai was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 40 minutes into the game, Cactos's Reinaldo Teles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hilario Petrigai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Kléberson Messias's late challenge caught a FalconsB FCB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kléberson Messias helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cactos getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Kléberson Messias hit a great ball. If Ricardinho Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amauri Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Errando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cactos's Reinaldo Teles in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FalconsB FCB's goalie prevented a goal. 54 minutes into the match, FalconsB FCB's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Teles came free, but Hilario Petrigai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FalconsB FCB's zone, Reinaldo Teles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Petrigai came out of the goal and Reinaldo Teles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FalconsB FCB's Hilario Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Valle in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Reinaldo Teles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilario Petrigai was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Cactos's zone, Robustiano Millano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Prestes came out of the goal and Robustiano Millano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lenílson Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Robustiano Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Walmyr Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FalconsB FCB's Ruben Llope got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hilario Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Teles in the 77th minute of the match. After 83 minutes, Ricardinho Valle made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. FalconsB FCB's Hilario Petrigai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hilario Petrigai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaldo Teles went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. José Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Cactos's Lenílson Rodrigues made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hilario Petrigai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cactos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
