In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Caetano Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Limitone in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caetano Salles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabrizio Greco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Salles having to interfere. Alex Limitone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caetano Salles having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Limitone in the 48th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Caetano Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilvan Sabóia was the one to do the kick off.
