Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5597, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godfredo Gabon started the match with the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Federico Di Iorio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benicio Gaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Amatori in the 4th minute of play. Benicio Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Amatori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Perutxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrea Banana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Amatori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Benicio Gaitan made a huge save. After 32 minutes of play, Alba FC's Federico Di Iorio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Gaitan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Catarinense F.C.'s goalkeeper Benicio Gaitan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Di Iorio. Benicio Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Amatori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alba FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andrea Iannotti in the 39th minute. Zacarias Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Banana having to interfere. Benicio Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Amatori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Amatori made a kick off. After some careless play in the Catarinense F.C. defense, Donato Amatori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Gaitan. The Catarinense F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Gaitan should have stopped the shot. After 56 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Amatori. Domenico Giocondo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Alba FC's Federico Di Iorio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Gaitan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When Donato Amatori came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Alba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Amatori couldn't finish the play. Donato Amatori scored 4-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Gaitan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Catarinense F.C.'s Benicio Gaitan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Di Iorio in the 77th minute of play. Benicio Gaitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Di Iorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Federico Di Iorio took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benicio Gaitan. Benicio Gaitan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Benicio Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Amatori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Gaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Amatori in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Alba FC were the better team. Alba FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
