With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lukasz Marek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute of the match Sundens BK got a corner. Lyna Lidzbark Warminski's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan-Ove Lindmark ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sundens BK's Sajeev Rajah to a score. 1-1 in the 28th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Sundens BK's Daniel Wickander made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lukasz Marek was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Sajeev Rajah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lukasz Marek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Radomir Motyl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Wilhelm Säv made a huge save. In the 46th match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pelle Nykvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match, Tolek Moczkiewicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilhelm Säv saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 87 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Jago Ballesteros. Sundens BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan-Ove Lindmark in the 91st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Per-Åke Wallgren heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Korneliusz Trochowski fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lyna Lidzbark Warminski's protests and gave Korneliusz Trochowski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Lyna Lidzbark Warminski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Trochowski didn't get a good kick on the ball.
