Spectators: 7479 (Terracing: 5611, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luciano Presebal kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Argentinos Juniors's Roberto Trotta got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 5 minutes of play, El ABUELO FC's Sergio Txurio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Ignazio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the game, El ABUELO FC's Walt Samuel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Ignazio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 12th minute, Jose Raebert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvio Berdoi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Donato Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Dimas in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Argentinos Juniors getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Severiano Mikeldi hit a great ball. Argentinos Juniors's Donato Ignazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walt Samuel in the 22nd minute of play. Donato Ignazio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Txurio went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Argentinos Juniors's Donato Ignazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Dimas in the 28th minute of play. If Diego Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gaudencio Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El ABUELO FC's Sergio Txurio got a free kick in the 46th minute. Diego Gonzales who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Gaudencio Manny when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Sergio Txurio made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, El ABUELO FC's Aaron Dimas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Walt Samuel struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Donato Ignazio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El ABUELO FC. In the 61st minute, Sergio Txurio made a precise shot to the right of Donato Ignazio. Argentinos Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 68th minute of the match, Sergio Txurio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Donato Ignazio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Argentinos Juniors defense, Walt Samuel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Ignazio. The Argentinos Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Ignazio should have stopped the shot. With 74 minutes on the clock, Roberto Trotta commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 75th minute, Roberto Trotta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Argentinos Juniors getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Segundo Lucado hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goalkeeper Donato Ignazio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergio Txurio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Presebal in the 80th minute of play forced El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Manny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Walt Samuel fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El ABUELO FC's protests and gave Walt Samuel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Walt Samuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argentinos Juniors's Luciano Presebal got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute Sergio Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sergio Txurio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Donato Ignazio. That made the score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. When the match was over El ABUELO FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Argentinos Juniors throughout the match.
