After a rather tough play, Hendek Spor Kulübü's Serkan Uraltay got a free kick in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Hendek Spor Kulübü's Poyraz Tümerkan got control of the ball when Godfredo Gabon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serkan Uraltay charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serkan Uraltay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Catarinense F.C. booed when Hendek Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serkan Uraltay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Perutxo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Poyraz Tümerkan having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Hendek Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Poyraz Tümerkan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Benitez. If Godfredo Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Tadeo Abilio in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hendek Spor Kulübü's Serkan Uraltay. The crowd rose to their feet as Catarinense F.C.'s Zacarias Bento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Poyraz Tümerkan. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. 32 minutes into the game, Godfredo Gabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Poyraz Tümerkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Cemalettin Okbaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ünal Yatuk's late challenge caught a Catarinense F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ünal Yatuk helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hendek Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ünal Yatuk hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Hendek Spor Kulübü's Cemalettin Okbaş got a free kick in the 40th minute. Poyraz Tümerkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Baldomiro Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hendek Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Serkan Uraltay hit a great ball. Poyraz Tümerkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Perutxo in the 45th minute. With a little luck, Hendek Spor Kulübü's Poyraz Tümerkan got control of the ball when Godfredo Gabon tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gencalp Öktem to make the kick off. Poyraz Tümerkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Gabon in the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Hendek Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Serkan Uraltay hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Benitez in the 61st minute of play forced Hendek Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Poyraz Tümerkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poyraz Tümerkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Bento in the 62nd minute of play. When Gencalp Öktem fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hendek Spor Kulübü's protests and gave Gencalp Öktem a yellow card for diving instead. Gencalp Öktem hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Poyraz Tümerkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Gabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Benicio Gaitan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gencalp Öktem showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 66 minute of play. Godfredo Gabon scored 3-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Poyraz Tümerkan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Godfredo Gabon made a precise shot to the right of Poyraz Tümerkan. Hendek Spor Kulübü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 85 minutes into the game, Godfredo Gabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Poyraz Tümerkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 91 minutes of play, Catarinense F.C.'s Alejandro Perutxo made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Poyraz Tümerkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacarias Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Catarinense F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
