The Sundens BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 24 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Lindmark. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Wickander was the one to do the kick off. Zé Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Wilhelm Säv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Åke Wallgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Basílio Veloso made a huge save. Dênis Faria hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Nilton Viana's late challenge caught a Sundens BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilton Viana helped the player get up and apologised. IGUIPORÃ FC made a substitution. Jardel Félix replaced Antônio Carlos Abreu. Sundens BK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
