In the 5th match minute, Relyn Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Félix to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Roberto Telo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Vieira, 1-0. Juan Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Telo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Jerrold came free, but Juan Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Congo Bongo's zone, Leopoldo Soares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Ihazintu came out of the goal and Leopoldo Soares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Jerrold in the 21st minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Vieira was a little too slow when Roberto Telo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Victoriano Jerrold sped through Relyn Futebol Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Vieira. 34 minutes into the match, Roberto Telo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Vieira. Relyn Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roberto Telo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 38 minutes into the game, Ramiro Blai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Juan Vieira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Congo Bongo's Victoriano Jerrold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juan Vieira. That made the score 6-0 after 43 minutes of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Congo Bongo's Ramiro Blai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juan Vieira. That made the score 7-0 after 46 minutes of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victoriano Jerrold was the one to do the kick off. Victoriano Jerrold took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Vieira. Juan Vieira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Juan Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Telo in the 55th minute of play. After 57th play minutes Ramiro Blai shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Juan Vieira and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Victoriano Jerrold sped through Relyn Futebol Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Vieira. Roberto Telo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Juan Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jonatan Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Jonatan Bortzaioriz notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira. Juan Vieira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Bortzaioriz in the 70th minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Juan Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Jonatan Bortzaioriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Vieira. Relyn Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Bortzaioriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Blai in the 77th minute of play. Juan Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Evelio Iaki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Relyn Futebol Clube's Juan Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Bortzaioriz in the 85th minute of play. After some careless play in the Relyn Futebol Clube defense, Ramiro Blai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Vieira. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Vieira should have stopped the shot. Juan Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Roberto Telo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Bortzaioriz came free, but Juan Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Congo Bongo fully deserved thier win.
