Spectators: 7587 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Alkvist made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Hektor Wasser got a free kick in the 5th minute. Aurelius Bolduc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 minutes, David Alkvist made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Stefan Beller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Granqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute David Alkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelius Bolduc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Alkvist in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelius Bolduc saved Zelg FC from getting behind. IFK Stockholm's Anton Kvarnström got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Hektor Wasser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Willem Migneault was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Hektor Wasser got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Stefan Beller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When David Alkvist came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the IFK Stockholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Alkvist couldn't finish the play. Zelg FC's Stefan Beller got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gunnar Granqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Beller in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by IFK Stockholm's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Garron Korner was slow to take the kick. During this time Zelg FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Zelg FC's Willem Migneault to fire away a dangerous shot which Gunnar Granqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Willem Migneault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. IFK Stockholm's Leo Lönn was substituted for David Alkvist. After a rather tough play, IFK Stockholm's Leonard Örtlund got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Stefan Beller made a precise shot to the right of Gunnar Granqvist. IFK Stockholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 90thth minute of the game Anton Kvarnström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelg FC's Aurelius Bolduc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the IFK Stockholm defense, Stefan Beller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Granqvist. The IFK Stockholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Granqvist should have stopped the shot. The Zelg FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
