Spectators: 7514 (Terracing: 5636, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Go Ahead Eagles's Panagiotis Bourousis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Manos Christodoulou. After a defensive mix-up in Go Ahead Eagles's zone, Bertil Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manos Papaiakovou came out of the goal and Bertil Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, IFK Stockholm's Leo Lönn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manos Papaiakovou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Apostolos Antoniou kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Leo Lönn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Go Ahead Eagles's Manos Papaiakovou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Leo Lönn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Manos Papaiakovou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Bertil Andreasson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Go Ahead Eagles's Manos Papaiakovou. Manos Papaiakovou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gunnar Granqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manos Christodoulou in the 27th minute of play. Manos Papaiakovou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Lönn in the 28th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Bertil Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Papaiakovou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Go Ahead Eagles defense, Bertil Andreasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manos Papaiakovou. The Go Ahead Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manos Papaiakovou should have stopped the shot. Manos Papaiakovou came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Stockholm's Bertil Andreasson. But to his dismay, Bertil Andreasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Lönn was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Go Ahead Eagles defense, Bertil Andreasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manos Papaiakovou. The Go Ahead Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manos Papaiakovou should have stopped the shot. Simon Ek charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Ek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes IFK Stockholm got a freekick which was hit by Simon Ek. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panagiotis Bourousis in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunnar Granqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Bertil Andreasson took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Manos Papaiakovou to make any attempt to save it. 63 minutes into the match, Bertil Andreasson notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Go Ahead Eagles's Manos Papaiakovou. Manos Papaiakovou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manos Papaiakovou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Kvarnström in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Go Ahead Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christodoulos Vazakas to maneuver through the defense. Leo Lönn scored 0-9 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manos Papaiakovou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 75 minutes into the game, Bertil Andreasson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manos Papaiakovou. Bertil Andreasson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Leo Lönn let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 80th minute shot 0-11 at rihgt post. Manos Papaiakovou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Ek went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. Manos Papaiakovou was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bertil Andreasson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-14 in the 96 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded IFK Stockholm left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Go Ahead Eagles.
