Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Donato Vachon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Reimar Gaab had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Vachon. Dionisio Oton kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Reimar Gaab made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Donato Vachon sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Hondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Schönhagen's zone, Donato Vachon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reimar Gaab came out of the goal and Donato Vachon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Rafael Hondo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reimar Gaab. Fc Schönhagen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Hondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Köppchen in the 30th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Enrique Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Palermo's Nicanor Gaufred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With an all-out effort, Palermo's Reimar Gaab threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rafael Hondo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Reimar Gaab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Hondo in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Rafael Hondo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reimar Gaab, 3-0. Reimar Gaab didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

If Ekkehard Clemens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Hondo came free, but Reimar Gaab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reimar Gaab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Oton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Donato Vachon notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Fc Schönhagen's Reimar Gaab. Reimar Gaab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reimar Gaab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Vachon went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Reimar Gaab came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Rafael Hondo. But to his dismay, Rafael Hondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Reimar Gaab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Vachon in the 67th minute of the match. Rafael Hondo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Ulises Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jochen Wolters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute Rafael Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reimar Gaab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reimar Gaab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Gaufred in the 80th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Palermo's Donato Vachon made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reimar Gaab was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Nicanor Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reimar Gaab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Hondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reimar Gaab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Hondo's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Nicanor Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palermo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Gaufred was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reimar Gaab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Vachon came free, but Reimar Gaab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Vachon in the 94th minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Reimar Gaab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Vachon scored 9-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reimar Gaab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Palermo were the better team. Palermo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
