Tadeu Britto was slow to take the kick. During this time Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Frederico França at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Newells Old Boys. 11-0. Frederico França might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Şefik Balcan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frederico França ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute Frederico França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Şefik Balcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Nicolas França nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
