Spectators: 6711 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 0) Fc Schönhagen's Holger Köppchen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Ernst Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torekov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Strömberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Torekov getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kurt Bergendahl hit a great ball. Ulf Ersman hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Ernst Strömberg fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torekov's protests and gave Ernst Strömberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Torekov got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Strömberg. After a rather tough play, Torekov's Ulf Ersman got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 20 played minutes Torekov got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Bergendahl. Ulf Ersman's late challenge caught a Fc Schönhagen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Ersman helped the player get up and apologised. Ulf Ersman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Torekov defense, Holger Köppchen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Albom. The Torekov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Albom should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Jupp Schultheiss ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Albom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 33 played minutes Fc Schönhagen got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Heerckes. Jochen Wolters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reimar Gaab was a little too slow when Ulf Ersman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-2. After a rather tough play, Torekov's Niklas Spetz got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th match minute, Fc Schönhagen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekkehard Clemens to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match, Ulf Ersman sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Reimar Gaab showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulf Ersman to make the kick off. Fabian Buschner hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jochen Wolters's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kristian Albom firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th minute of the match Ulf Ersman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reimar Gaab showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 64 minutes, Alf Spinrath mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Schönhagen and the Torekov players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Fc Schönhagen getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alf Spinrath hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Strömberg in the 65th minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Reimar Gaab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Holger Köppchen in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Albom saved Torekov from getting behind. Kristian Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jupp Schultheiss in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Jupp Schultheiss came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Köppchen came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Kristian Albom successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Holger Köppchen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Strömberg came free, but Reimar Gaab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fc Schönhagen's Jochen Wolters got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reimar Gaab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Ersman in the 95th minute of the match. Jupp Schultheiss's late challenge caught a Torekov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jupp Schultheiss helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Jupp Schultheiss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Torekov fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fc Schönhagen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
