The Fc Schönhagen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reimar Gaab should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Fc Schönhagen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Luis Alfaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 95th minute, Steve Vaid made a precise shot to the right of Reimar Gaab. Fc Schönhagen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Inter de Chillán fully deserved thier win.
