Spectators: 7622 (Terracing: 5719, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Demis Laggizos started the match with the kick off. If Ignatios Papachronakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4 minutes into the game, Demis Laggizos lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Saul Montez. After 7 minutes, Filippos Kopelis made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lyons's Saul Montez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute, Demis Laggizos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Montez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Vaggelis Pantelidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Joey in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filippos Kopelis during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Filippos Kopelis hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Filippos Kopelis sped through Lyons's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saul Montez. Vaggelis Pantelidis came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Edelmiro Colas. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Colas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After 35 minutes, Demis Laggizos made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lyons's Saul Montez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A well-hit corner resulted in Ignatios Papachronakis heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 48th match minute, GREEN LIONS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demis Laggizos to maneuver through the defense. In the 49th minute, Edelmiro Colas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Joey to strike the kick off in the second half. After 59th play minutes Demis Laggizos shot 8-1, a short shot which went by Saul Montez and just under the crossbar into goal. Lyons's Saul Montez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demis Laggizos in the 62nd minute of play. If Edelmiro Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippos Kopelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Montez having to interfere. After 70th play minutes Demis Laggizos shot 10-1, a short shot which went by Saul Montez and just under the crossbar into goal. Saul Montez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when GREEN LIONS's Demis Laggizos shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 11-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience was convinced that Demis Laggizos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Montez was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Melquiades Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filippos Kopelis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saul Montez. Lyons's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ignatios Papachronakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Demis Laggizos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Montez was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. After 95 played minutes GREEN LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Petriniotis. After 96 played minutes GREEN LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Makis Liras. There was no doubt that GREEN LIONS were the better team. GREEN LIONS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
