Saul Montez made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Casimiro Lore sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Froilan Joey hit a great ball. Saul Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After having played for 52 minutes, Casimiro Lore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Lore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute Casimiro Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejo Elizardo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Saul Montez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano LOS PIRATAS. After some careless play in the Lyons defense, Cipriano Darien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Montez. The Lyons fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Montez should have stopped the shot. 5-0 became the score in the 85th minute when Casimiro Lore elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Joey in the 90th minute of play forced Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Nahuel Losada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Melquiades Frascuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahuel Losada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Adrio hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
