Filippos Kopelis struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Furkan Gurbet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREEN LIONS. Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Sarı kaya FK from getting a goal against them. In the 10thth minute of the game Mustafa Necati Başok who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GREEN LIONS's Vaggelis Pantelidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 minutes GREEN LIONS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eser Akbatu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Sarı kaya FK's Eser Akbatu to fire away a dangerous shot which Vaggelis Pantelidis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Necati Başok came free, but Vaggelis Pantelidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes GREEN LIONS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eser Akbatu who took care of the corner kick. When Filippos Kopelis fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GREEN LIONS's protests and gave Filippos Kopelis a yellow card for diving instead. Filippos Kopelis hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Mustafa Necati Başok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaggelis Pantelidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goal looked a bit too open when Yaser Memduh came free, but Vaggelis Pantelidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Ignatios Papachronakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Furkan Gurbet, 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Sarı kaya FK's goal looked a bit too open when Demis Laggizos came free, but Furkan Gurbet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Eser Akbatu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarı kaya FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eser Akbatu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignatios Papachronakis got free with Furkan Gurbet in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sarı kaya FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filippos Kopelis was slow to take the kick. During this time GREEN LIONS's players had a chance to rest. Wesley Gibson tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Furkan Gurbet. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taro Misaki in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vaggelis Pantelidis saved GREEN LIONS from getting behind. Furkan Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippos Kopelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignatios Papachronakis in the 53rd minute of play. If Mustafa Necati Başok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Demis Laggizos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Sarı kaya FK's goal looked a bit too open when Demis Laggizos came free, but Furkan Gurbet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes Sarı kaya FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filippos Kopelis who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Filippos Kopelis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet did a great save. Thanks to some nice moves Taro Misaki could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Vaggelis Pantelidis however easily saved by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goalkeeper Vaggelis Pantelidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taro Misaki. In the 78th minute, Gerasimos Vasilarakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Necati Başok in the 83rd minute of play forced GREEN LIONS's goalkeeper Vaggelis Pantelidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Eser Akbatu fired a really elegant long shot, but Vaggelis Pantelidis threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Dimitris Petriniotis put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of GREEN LIONS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sarı kaya FK:s goal. Vaggelis Pantelidis had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Eser Akbatu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 90th minute of the match, Mustafa Necati Başok tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vaggelis Pantelidis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by GREEN LIONS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eser Akbatu was slow to take the kick. During this time Sarı kaya FK's players had a chance to rest. After 98 played minutes GREEN LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Ignatios Papachronakis. GREEN LIONS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
