Israel Santo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Miazga's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Kryspin Furino managed to get in a good position for a shot. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's supporters rose to their feet, but Kryspin Furino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Israel Santo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacek Porajewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Israel Santo having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Kryspin Furino put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Israel Santo. 29 minutes into the match, Julian Miazga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Israel Santo. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Miazga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Wit Klewinski got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by Armando Sidoro. After a defensive mix-up in Mercado Paulista F.C's zone, Julian Miazga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Santo came out of the goal and Julian Miazga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Antoni Kaznocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. GÓRNIK PSZÓW's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoni Kaznocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Israel Santo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacek Porajewski went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After the first half GÓRNIK PSZÓW were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kryspin Furino was the one to do the kick off. Antoni Kaznocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Israel Santo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The GÓRNIK PSZÓW fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when GÓRNIK PSZÓW's Kryspin Furino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
